Glad Tidings Bible Institute classes can be taken at Glad Tidings Church every Tuesday from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm at Glad Tidings Church San Francisco. The course covers a little more than 18 months.  The school is for people who want more out of the Word of God than just a once a week Sunday service; it’s designed for men and women who want to go much deeper and intimate with God.

The courses cost a $100 dollars a month, and you do get college credit, so you can use these classes to obtain credentials for different types of ministry, if you choose, or just to get a pastor’s license.  GTBI is associated with Global University, an international educational ministry commissioned to train students around the world.

Johnson Chapel, where GTBI classes usually meet.

GTBI is a program that fits the needs of common everyday people.  No matter what your schedule is, it can be met through this course.  It’s set up around your daytime working hours once a week, three hours on Tuesday nights.

Even if you can’t make class during the week, GTBI offers classes on line. All you have to do is pay for the class and all the class material will be sent to you.

If you attend the weekly classes, you get a chance to talk and study with other students.  There’s always a test review the same day of the test which puts all of the work for the test freshly in your mind.

Some of the courses at GTBI teach

  • Effective Leadership
  • What the Bible Says About the End Times
  • How to Share Your Faith
  • Ethics in Relationships
  • How to Interpret the Bible
  • The Old & New Testaments

All of the courses through the eighteen month period are very important in ministry and in life.  For instance, the Hermeneutics class is all about how to interpret and understand the Bible.  Each class lasts a four week period.  Every month we present a different teacher employing a different style. In these classes God is showing us about people and what ministry is all about.
